I came to Sevda to understand my limitations and explore the traumas that had shaped me to be the man I was. Through our sessions, Sevda explored deep-rooted traumas and faced my fears. In each session, we destructed the limiting thoughts I had in my head. While I had been a very successful businessman, I could never hold a relationship or commit fully. I have now proposed to my long-time girlfriend and we are planning to get married. My relationship with my children has become vibrant and loving. My work has catapulted and I am making more money than I have in my entire life. I attribute all these changes to the life-changing sessions I did with Sevda.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing revitalising healing sessions with Sevda when she presented me with the concept of trauma healing.Having not properly dealt with trauma for many pent up years, my body and mind had been battling negative energy resulting in impacting my overall happiness.I didn’t realise to what extent past events had been impacting my daily life until I had my first session with Sevda. From the first session I felt a massive weight lift off my shoulders. Although the sessions leave you emotionally exhausted (as Sevda warns, this is completely normal), the sensation thereafter is extremely rewarding and feels like a breath of fresh air.Sevda’s healings are so clearly informative, sensitive and intuitive. Her encouragement to guide me safely into vulnerability and heart healing, is led by her own ability and willingness to be authentic and vulnerable.Sevda, your sessions have truly changed my heart and mind. I was warmly welcomed by Sevda as I arrived at our session. To be honest, I’ve been very skeptical about this type of thing for a long time, more because I just thought it doesn’t work or help. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Well first, Sevda offered me a nice glass of some form of herbal tea (I’m not sure what it was called but it was very nice). She made sure I was in a place of comfort, honesty and relaxation. I had been struggling for a while to open up and express my emotions and feelings about things in my personal life. I felt… almost depressed and down for many months. Through various exercises and conversations with Sevda I was able to express my feelings freely, and Sevda being THE BEST that she is, never showed judgement, quite the opposite; she showed empathy, assistance and perspective, which I needed. I can go on all day about how good Sevda was. After many sessions with her, I honestly haven’t felt better. I’ve been really happy, optimistic, open-minded and adventurous! I almost feel as if who am I now, is who I should’ve been a long time ago.Thank you Sevda! I’m looking forward to growing to be a better me with you by my side! Xoxo
